1. TOUR OPERATOR (English is a must and French, German are adventages)

We are looking for Tour operator to help handle our expanding business. Working with an experienced team and lead the new team in Hanoi and Quang Binh Office, you will be in daily contact with our clients and sales offices, Operations offices in Hanoi and Quang Binh, processing bookings, answering questions and creating travel itineraries.

We have clients from all over the world, however we specialize in European, US and Australian markets. A good Tour Operator in Reservation Department has an excellent eye for detail, a totally professional mind-set, is good with numbers and has a creative side to their character. Successful candidates will have bright minds and be keen to learn about an exciting and rewarding segment of the travel industry.

+ Manage Hanoi & Quang Binh Office and legal representative of
Hanoi and Quang Binh Office
+ Corresponding with Hanoi and Saigon Operations Offices, travel agents and partners of the company and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information
+ Handing all business from our agents as assigned form various markets
+ Corresponding and advising clients (overseas tour operators, and travel agents)
+ Working with the operations to coordinate ground operations and other tour itinerary requests.
+ Advising the operations Department on all aspects of business if needed
+ Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents
+ Make reservations with local suppliers, restaurants and hotels
+ Issue invoices for each booking and assist accounting department with regards to payment
+ Ensure all sales are reported to in system or your sales report if any.
+ Keep sales team updated news services in Hanoi and Central Vietnam and Central Highland.
+ Daily Report, Weekly, Monthly Report to Operations Manager
+ Recruit, Keep, Train Tour guides, drivers with our luxury concept.

Vietnamese Nationality – Male or Female
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong Microsoft, Excel skills
Minimum 2 year experience with Inbound Tour Operator or Related field
Good attitude, well organized, hard working, with the ability to work as part of a team and a team leader
Experience with a tour operator is a distinct advantage
Affinity with travel industry and knowledge of Vietnam and surrounding countries
Ability to work under pressure and timeline

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join the luxury Tour Operator in Hanoi has arisen. As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be required to create, implement & measure Marketing campaigns, advertising & consumer events. You will have marketing experience, worked on brochures, PR skills & online/offline elements.

This fantastic Tour Operator is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their small team in their head office in Hanoi, Vietnam.

* Work with graphic designers and external agencies to develop creative in conjunction with the offline communications.
* Update offers and content on the website
* Brochure production in conjunction with marketing and product teams and Senior Management
* Create and send regular E-shots as part of the activity plan
* Copywriting and proofing to support internal and external communications (advertising, brochures, direct mail, press releases, etc).
* Implementing on and offline advertising as booked directly or through media agencies.
* Implementation of offline and online elements for joint promotions.
* Work with on Social Media activity.
* Work closely on the creation and implementation of Trade Marketing activity.
* Plan and oversee shows, exhibitions and events.
* Implement public relations strategies.
* Weekly update of all brochure correspondence with relevant offers and news. Follow up of brochure requesters.
* Updating consumer database
* Negotiate with tourist boards and suppliers to agree special offers and marketing contribution
* Consider new opportunities including consumer shows and events, print advertising, direct mail and other collateral material.
* Assisting Marketing Manager to ensure consistency across all messaging
* Ensure that communication is consistent with online communications and brand guidelines are maintained.
* Weekly and monthly reports
* Participation in weekly marketing meetings.
* Other projects as directed.
* Preparation of marketing campaign documents and ongoing management of the offline parts of these
* Assisting the Marketing Manager in evaluation and reporting of all offline marketing campaigns, press communication and coverage.
* Work with the Marketing Manager to co-ordinate and report all competitor analysis – marketing & pricing – in the offline space.
* Creative input, Implementation & evaluation of marketing activities including:
o On and offline advertising campaigns
o CRM campaigns including segmented e-mail campaigns, brochure launches & direct marketing activity
* Monitor activity spend and liaise with media and creative agencies on a day-to-day basis in order to optimize efficiency and performance.
* Analysis of success of offline marketing campaigns and ongoing modifications where possible.

* Marketing degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role, with a focus on experiential travel in Vietnam and Southeast Asia – this is essential
* Experience in advertising, CRM, public relations and brochure production essential.
* Experience in online marketing an advantage but not essential.
* Good copywriting skills are essential,,
* Excellent in English,  communications and analytical skills (must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to work off own initiative and to tight deadlines
* Ability to multitask and adapt projects to regularly changing goal posts
* Good verbal and written communication, including excellent telephone manner
* Strong negotiation skills
* Proven project/production management experience, good time management and organizational skills
* Proven experience of managing supplier relationships and directing agencies
* Experience in copywriting, preferably in a travel related role
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable to working with a number of different external suppliers.
* Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multi-task
* Creative and able to think outside the box
* Must enjoy writing and might already be contributing to Social Media activity
